INGREDIENTS
STEPS
1. In a saucepan boil a few pieces of ginger, pineapple peeling and the core, using spring water
2. Add pineapple chunks and remaining ginger to a blender, blend until smooth
3. Pour blended pineapple and ginger pulp over a strainer and into a glass pitcher
4. Carefully remove the peelings from the saucepan, stir in sweetener
5. Pour other the strainer into the glass pitcher
6. Stir and serve over ice or chilled
