Berry Cream Cheese Cobbler

Ingredients:

*TIP: If you want to use all blackberries in this recipe you can do so. Use 6 cups.

  • 2 cups fresh blackberries
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 2 cups fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt or Creole Seasoning
  • 18 oz. package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 3/4 cup butter, melted

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x11 baking pan with nonstick spray.
  2. In a large bowl, mix berries, sugar, lemon juice and seasoning.
  3. Cube cream cheese.
  4. Place berries in baking pan. Top with cream cheese and walnuts. Put butter on top. Place in oven and cook for 60 minutes.
  5. Top with ice cream.
