This award hinges on defined objectives and group targets such as the proportion of women in key positions, the inclusion of people with disabilities in the workforce, just to name a few. On this World Mental Health Day, we at Sephora are proud of our partnership with Rare Beauty. Today, across 28 of our global markets, we are donating up to 100% of the sales of all Rare Beauty products to the Rare Impact Fund created by the inspiring Selena Gomez. The Rare Impact Fund's mission is to break the stigma associated with mental health and provide young people worldwide with access to mental health services and education.
