    Terrace Gallery

    The Terrace Gallery is a popular venue for daytime meetings for up to 100 delegate and also comes with a projector, PA system and microphone. A private garden area offers a tranquil and peaceful setting for breaks or post-conference receptions.

    Garden Room

    Adjacent to the Terrace Gallery, the Garden Room serves as the perfect space for catering throughout the day. An event space in its own right, the room has capacity for up to 70 delegates and also comes with a projector, PA system and microphone.

    Terrace Boardroom

    The Terrace Boardroom is an exclusive room boasting a stylish archaeological display. Perfect for smaller meetings, it also has a built-in plasma screen which can be linked to a laptop for presentations.

    Activity Spaces

    The Activity Spaces in the Clore Centre can be used as one large space for 200 delegates or split into three for smaller meetings. It is also ideal as an exhibition and catering space for the Weston Theatre.

    Seminar Room and Studio

    Located in the Clore Centre, the Seminar Room and Studio both have capacity for up to 60 delegates. Each space can be easily adapted for both formal and informal meetings, which can be used alone or as an addition to a larger event.

    Weston Theatre

    The Weston Theatre is a purpose built lecture theatre providing a high spec venue for presentations and conferences.

    It is fully equipped with a PA system, data projector, screen, lectern and an in-house technician. It also offers full blackout facilities, air conditioning, WiFi and wheelchair access.

  • London Wall Bar & Kitchen theatre style

    London Wall Bar & Kitchen 

    Located on the ground floor of the museum, the bright and airy London Wall Bar & Kitchen can host daytime meetings and conferences for up to 72 guests. This daylight-filled space also has access to a patio area outside and can be hired on its own or in conjunction with any of the other event spaces.

    Entrance Hall

    The stylish and contemporary Entrance Hall is a popular space for daytime events including conferences and exhibitions and is perfectly situated at the front of the museum to provide a memorable welcome for guests. This versatile, blank canvas space can for up to 400 guests.

    The Clore Centre

    The Clore Centre incorporates one main activity space which can be split into three sections, in addition to a seminar room and studio. It can also be used as a registration, exhibition and catering space for the Weston Theatre.
