As soon as was notified of the train derailment in Raymond, MN, initiated emergency protocols and deployed personnel to the incident.
EPA responders arrived on scene early this morning to coordinate with state and local authorities and deploy air monitoring.

Pesticide take-home exposure can occur when #farmworkers go home bearing pesticide residues that may cling to their skin, clothing, hats, boots, tools, lunch coolers, or other items in their work environment. Their children may then be exposed to these pesticide residues.

Our team shared the story of “Radium Girls”, young courageous women in the 1920’s who fought for workers' rights from radium poisoning in their workplace w/ students. responders preserved history ensuring “Radium Girls” and their legacy was never forgotten.
