Not even 24 hours after it was announced, a grainy first trailer for Avengers: Age of Ultron leaked online Wednesday night. Now, Marvel’s official (and far prettier) trailer is here.

Here’s what we learned:

Ultron really is terrifying. Almost all of the dialogue in the trailer comes from the big bad himself. It’s really hard to overstate how great James Spader’s performance is—he doesn’t sound like a machine. He sounds frighteningly alive as he quotes lines from the classic Pinocchio song “I’ve Got No Strings.”

Globe-spanning adventure. From mountaintops to snowy forests to crowded cities, Age of Ultron will take place all over the world.

The Avengers will be shattered. There’s a sense of hopelessness to the whole affair, a very Empire Strikes Back sort of vibe. The heroes look overwhelmed, Thor drops his hammer in despair, we see a glimpse of Cap’s shield broken, and Bruce Banner stumbles through the snow.

Hulkbuster. We’ve been teased with art of Iron Man’s Hulkbuster armor going up against the big green guy himself for a while now, and the big fight is prominently featured in the trailer.

The twins. Newcomers Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch get a lot of screen time, but not much context. They’re important, but we don’t know why just yet.

It’s all Tony’s fault. Because it is.
