If only to remind folks that its still happening whether it is or not WETA have been given the go-ahead to announce that theyre designing the costumes for the super freaks of the Justice League. Yes, as we speak, someone is knitting together a two-piece wonder-bra for Megan Gale no doubt hoping hes the one that gets to zip her up when its time to try it on.
WETAS Barry Osborne tells kiwi stone tablet The Dominion Post, They are doing all the costumes and they're doing a brilliant job. A lot of people thought it would be too hard, that you can only make those things in Hollywood, he said. The Dominion Post, They are doing all the costumes and they're doing a brilliant job. A lot of people thought it would be too hard, that you can only make those things in Hollywood, he said.
The cast of the Justice League expected to include Teresa Palmer, Common, Armie Hammer, Adam Brody and Zoe Kazan were expected to be announced a couple of months back. What happened? Nobody knows some say the films script is in dire need of a re-write but those tweaks on hold until they can legally do so. Meantime, the Australian arm of casting are apparently still seeing actors for some of the - Im guessing lesser? roles.
Oh, and it sounds like Knocked Up star Jay Baruchel is definitely he was rumoured for a villain role about a month ago - part of the cast.
The actor tells Canada.com that hes currently in Sydney rehearsing for a big movie, thats due to film in February. He tells the reporter that its going to be the most expensive Warner Bros movie ever made and that itll be released in 2010. Hmm now hes either just signed to play the new Feral Kid in Mad Mad : Fury Road or hes indeed part of the JLA cast. If this article is anything to by, the film starts shooting in February of course, that date may be dependent on whether the strikes finished by then.
