Starting at the very top, we have the Z890 AORUS Tachyon ICE motherboard which comes with a dual DDR5 DIMM design and has a range of cool features for overclockers and enthusiasts. The whole white layout with the icy touch is also looking great and the I/O faceplate can be removed to unveil a nice AORUS mascot underneath. The CPU socket is inverted 90 degrees and all the OC goodies such as switches, buttons, and voltage read points are available. As far as I/O goes, the motherboard makes use of four PCIe Gen 5 M.2 slots and two PCIe Gen 5.0 x16 slots. It is powered by a dual 8-pin connector configuration.
