At the University of Warwick, we have a real emphasis on supporting our students and staff during their time here.

Whether you’re experiencing a pastoral or welfare issue, we are here to provide a proactive and reactive range of support to help overcome your problem, in a safe and confidential manner.

Students

We'll work with you to develop the personal resources and skills you need to navigate the challenges and opportunities of student life. From the moment you arrive until the day you graduate, all of our services are available to ensure you get the most out of your time here.

As parents of students at the University of Warwick, we understand that you want your young person to feel able to achieve their best. As a University, we are committed to providing a supportive and positive environment for all.

Staff

Wellbeing and Student Support can be consulted by any member of staff to talk through any practical, emotional and/or psychological concerns you may have about a student, or to discuss potential referrals to our services or to other support resources.

Our Opening Hours

Our normal working hours are:

  • 8.30am-5pm Monday to Thursday

  • 8.30am-4pm Friday

We offer brief consultations every weekday, between 10am-3pm.
