As the summer season kicked off, the Autograph Saigon team embarked on a 2-day Associate Outing to Can Tho City, where we had a wonderful time trying out amazing dishes, exploring the beautiful city, and participating in exciting games. Throughout this outing, the team had a great time bonding and creating cherished moments. As we are close to the end of the month, Autograph Saigon invites you on a small recap of our favorite moments of March Kicking off the Women History Month, our team has prepared a series of exciting events for our lovely ladies, including decorating our working space, serving pink smoothie at The Hot Shoppe Autograph Saigon, thank you letters and gift giving on March 8th, and many more. On March 9th, our team set out to volunteer at the Operation Smile Vietnam program. As part of the Serve Our World movement by Marriott International, we not only serve our customers and care for our employees, but serving the community is also a core value. Through our collaborative endeavors, we've witnessed the transformative power of service ripple through our communities. Lastly, during the past week, to warm up for the upcoming #MARRIOTTVIETNAMCAREERWEEK2024, we visited the students at Hoa Sen University and Gia Dinh University. A look back to February, another memorable month at Autograph Saigon! This month, our team had the opportunity to host 2 tours at our Sanctuary in the Sky – the students from Vatel ... and HCMUSSH. Together, we shared the knowledge and experience necessary for success in a hospitality career, nourishing the young generations that will soon be the key labor force of the industry. On February 23, our team got together in the first Town Hall after Lunar New Year. We celebrated the effort and dedication of the outstanding individuals – Associate of the Month throughout the 12 months of 2023, and awarded the Associate of the Year. This also worked as a reminder for each and every of us to do our best in our duties, delivering the exquisite services to our guests. Lastly, we kicked off Walk Walk Walk – a 10-minute exercise program that encourages our associates to stay fit, relieve stress and improve health.
