There may be a shortage of natural bodies of water in the southern Nevada desert, but those sorts of practicalities have never stopped Las Vegas from offering something luxurious, exciting, or novel. While lazing near the water in Las Vegas often means a pool or man-made lake, dining by one can still be a memorable affair. There’s the Fountains at Bellagio for fine dining on the Strip, Lake Las Vegas if you’re heading east, and Lake Jaqueline in the Desert Shores community in Summerlin, all encompassed by restaurants that offer brunch and dinner just right for clinking glasses while overlooking the water.
