For one weekend only, Sushi by Scratch, the Michelin-starred, 17-course nigiri tasting from award-winning Chefs Phillip Frankland Lee & Margarita Kallas-Lee will return to Las Vegas. The pop-up sushi experience will take place at RedTail inside Resorts World and will accommodate 10 guests for each of the three seatings on June 28, 29 and 30. Priced at $225, the menu includes signature dishes such as hamachi painted yellow with sweet corn pudding and aged bluefin tuna. Three different beverage pairings are available as add-ons ranging from $105-$125. Reservations can be made via Tock.

This summer, 1228 Main will debut a summer series of special dinners. A Barbecue Takeover on Thursday, July 25 will include an array of classic barbecue meats and sides for $70 per person. Both events will offer two seatings at 6 p.m. and 8:30 p.m., with doors opening at 5 p.m. Seating is limited, and full menus and tickets are available on the 1228 Main website.

Food Network stars chef Jet Tila and chef Ali Tita will join celebrity chef Tal Ronnen for a one-night pop-up dinner on Monday, July 1 from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. The collaborative vegan menu will feature six courses of Pan-Asian flavors such as coconut lemongrass soup, Impossible pork dumplings and drunken noodles for $85. Starting Tuesday, July 9 at 7 p.m., Komodo Las Vegas will offer an exclusive sushi masterclass series. For $110 per person, guests will receive a welcome cocktail along with hands-on instruction from the executive chefs. For an additional $65 per person, the experience can be followed by an optional three-course omakase dinner. Additional classes are scheduled for August 13 and September 10. Reservations are available through Seven Rooms.

For two nights only, Anima will collaborate with Daou Vineyards and Winery. Both the events on Tuesday, July 9 and Wednesday, July 10 will feature multiple vintages from Daou’s Patrimony Collection paired with seasonal dishes. The evenings will begin at 5:30 p.m. for cocktails, and dinner will begin at 6 p.m. Tickets are $180 and reservations are available on OpenTable.

On Friday, July 12 from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m., the Strip’s newest steakhouse will celebrate its grand opening with a benefit for Autism Community Trust and Families for Effective Autism Treatment of Southern Nevada. The $150 ticket will include food, wine and live entertainment, and all proceeds will go directly to the nonprofits. Tickets are available through Eventbrite.
