Balding man gets haircut that ends up making him look '30 years younger'

A man with thinning hair has astonished onlookers after experiencing a "life-changing" haircut that some followers are referring to as a "miracle".

Featured in a viral video by grooming specialists K-Luk Cuts on their Instagram page, the man aimed to hide his thinning hair by growing the sides long enough to cover it. He mentioned in the footage that he'd been growing it out since the start of the pandemic to mask his balding area.

The barber, however, pointed out this strategy actually emphasised his insecurity more and offered a simple solution. K-Luk recommended, "Definitely change it up, bro, because your hair is so long, it really exposes the thinning on top.

"We definitely need to take it shorter. We'll do something that complements your natural growth pattern in the back. It's kind of natural and then you can swoop it over a little bit, keeping it short."

While the actual trim wasn't highlighted, the final outcome was unveiled in the video, which has gathered over 580,000 likes. The man's hair was clipped short on the sides, with the longer strands on top manipulated smartly to hide the patchy areas.

Instagrammers were stunned by the makeover blasting away in the comments saying it made them "believe in miracles". One user commented: "I ain't expect that. You saved him for real."

Someone else remarked: "I didn't believe in miracles until now," while another enthused: "Life changing. Hair is men's make-up."
