WHAT ARE THE EV RALLY EVENTS? Put simply, GREENFLEET's EVRs are ‘demonstrations’ of EV capability, the UK's public charging network, clean energy projects and collaboration. From cars to commercials, including eHGV, the EV Rally events showcase a variety of e-mobility options to the UK fleet sector, demonstrating that they represent a sound 'business' decision, as well as an environmental one. 01 - 05 July: 2024 sees the main Rally embrace an old-school theme, going back to the days of pre- sat-nav, when drivers used their A-to-Z maps... The AtoZ EV Rally will see more than 50 EVs travel more than 1400 all-electric miles, passing through towns and cities in alphabetical order. The Celtic Series: Following on from the huge success of the EV Rally of Scotland (EVROS), we are introducing 2 x additional events in 2024, for both Cymru and Ireland. As the Official Technology Partner for the EV Rally, we installed our LINK devices into the lead car and/or van of each team. A total of 23 vehicles collected data, offering valuable insights into driver behaviour and energy efficiency over the five days. 📊. Throughout the week, we analysed this data to identify optimal driving practices, maximising EV efficiency. 🌿⚡ 🏆 Drumroll, please! 🏆 🥇 Team National Grid led the charge in safe and sustainable driving. 🌟 Their commitment to safety and eco-consciousness set the bar high!
