As a part of PayPal's International Consumer Marketing function, our UK Consumer Marketing Team comprises five marketing specialists. Driven by the ambition to be recognized as one of the most storied and prized marketing teams worldwide, our team is guided six key principles:

• Foster partnerships with sales teams to drive mutually beneficial co-marketing initiatives.
• Optimize resource allocation and drive continuous improvement in marketing's contribution to commercial results.
• Guide regional performance and lifecycle marketing strategies to generate demand and boost conversion rates.
