Role Description

• Work with the marketing team to develop and create digital content strategies aligned with campaign objectives.
• Monitor and engage with audience comments to drive conversions and foster brand positivity.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in social media algorithms.
• Collaborate with the patient support team to address and resolve social media enquiries from existing and prospective patients.
• Work with the marketing team to create and schedule compelling content across our social media platforms and email campaigns.
• Identify collaborative opportunities and outreach to potential brand ambassadors.
• Maintain digital relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and partners.
• Align regularly with the wider team on industry events, news, and updates for patient-facing communications.
• Oversee online reviews and ensure timely responses.

Skills, Experience, and Qualification:

• 2+ years of experience in managing and scheduling content across various social media platforms with a considerate approach.
• Strong understanding of brand voice, tone, and style, with the ability to adapt messaging to suit different audiences, platforms, and objectives.
• Ability to analyse social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Excellent writing ability for crafting compelling and consistent messaging across all digital content and platforms.
• Strong proficiency in managing and responding to public and private enquiries via social media platforms.
• Ability to work independently or with a team to meet deadlines.
• Basic understanding of social media algorithms, particularly around restricted content
• Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong communication skills.
• Working in a healthcare environment is advantageous but not essential.
