Senior Producer

As our Senior Producer you will play a crucial role in managing the development process of our projects from concept to release. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.
- Possess a minimum of 6 years of professional experience.
- Demonstrated history of successfully managing complex projects across multiple disciplines and implementing modern software development methodologies effectively.
- Ability to collaborate with discipline leads to define timelines, establish goals, take responsibility for meeting those goals, and provide progress updates to key stakeholders.
- Proven track record of managing stakeholder relationships and building open, collaborative partnerships with Game Development partners.
- Excellent English communication skills, including interviews, presentations, and creating clear and concise documentation.
- Proficiency in Project Management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Hansoft), Communication tools (e.g., Slack, Teams, Discord), and Office tools (e.g., Google, Microsoft) for day-to-day activities.

Bonus qualifications:
- Experience working through all stages of the product life cycle, from ideation to pre-production, release, and iterative updates.
- Previous experience as a project manager for a remote team.
- Prior experience collaborating with external partners, particularly as an embedded team member.
- Background in parallel fields such as Engineering, Design, QA, or data analytics.
- Familiarity with Unreal Engine and best practices for developing Unreal Engine games.
