Job Summary

Deputy is excited to announce we're hiring a new Senior Demand Generation Manager to lead our go-to-market programs in the EMEA region. This pivotal role involves collaborating with our global marketing team, sales, and operations to drive qualified pipeline and support our business growth and sales objectives.

We're looking for a customer-oriented storyteller who thrives on data and is driven by clear goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, accountability, and a keen attention to detail. They should excel in reporting and analytics, maintaining an action-oriented mindset, and communicating effectively while ensuring organizational transparency.

Responsibilities

  • Drive qualified pipeline for our sales team by managing and overseeing integrated marketing campaigns and regional programs that help us meet and exceed our marketing and sales KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team—including Web, PMM, PR, Brand & Creative, and Content—to execute on strategy.
  • Build, analyze, and iterate demand gen programs leveraging marketing channels, including direct marketing, SEM, Events, third-party, SEM, and Paid Social to drive pipeline and ROI within our target markets.
  • Ensure leads flow successfully through the funnel beyond the marketing-to-sales handoff, identifying areas to strengthen the sales cycle for more close won deals.
  • Constantly innovate and push the envelope, iterating always-on programs to maximize growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, and/or business, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience building and executing high-impact integrated marketing campaigns/programs for SaaS products.
  • Marketing Automation (CRM) experience a must (Marketo and Salesforce a plus).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven expertise in GDPR principles and compliance: experience in implementing GDPR-compliant processes for lead generation, data collection, and email marketing.
  • Strong relationship/team building and cross-functional project management skills.
  • Must be detail-oriented and understand how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment and focus on the delivery of results.
  • Strong reporting and analytics skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with various teamsFamiliarity with HR software is a plus.
