• Client Overview: Join the MSFT Digital team within the MSFT IT Organization, a team of communicators responsible for announcing technology changes within Microsoft.
• Role Summary: As a Mid-Level Content Writer, you will contribute to filling in for someone on maternity leave and work on Teams materials and content. This role offers the opportunity to work with leading technology at Microsoft and be involved in exciting announcements.

What are the key responsibilities?

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Organize material and complete writing assignments according to set standards
• Maintain records and files of work and revisions
• Confer with clients to establish technical specifications for publications

What experience are we looking for to drive success?

MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (computer science) or in English, Journalism, or Communications
• 5-7 years' experience in creating documentation for a technical audience
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
• Ability to read some programming code
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
• Experience working in IT
