About the Role:

As a Regulatory Compliance Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring the company complies with all relevant regulations and operates within a sound regulatory framework. You will be a part of the company's second line of defence, working closely with the compliance team.

Responsibilities:

In this Regulatory Compliance Analyst role, you can expect to:

• Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of regulatory requirements, with a primary focus on MiFIDII and PSD2 regulations
• Prepare, review and submit regulatory reports to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)
• Stay up-to-date with regulatory developments, assess their impact on the business, and proactively implement necessary changes
• Support compliance monitoring and audits, including internal and external assessments

Qualifications/skills:

To apply for this Regulatory Compliance Analyst role, you will need at least 2-3 years of hands-on general compliance experience within the financial industry, preferably MiFID and /or payments in banking, investments, e-money or payments services. Your experience could be from compliance monitoring, general compliance or a compliance advisory role.

Pay range and compensation package:

You'll receive a salary of up to £65,000+ and an excellent benefits package including company pension, private health care, private on sight gym and personal trainer, study support, for your knowledge, expertise and flexibility.
