Key responsibilities for the Property Manager/PA role-

• Manage and oversee multiple let properties.
• Monitor directors emails and coordinate with ensure prompt and efficient response.
• Organise schedules and appointments.
• Handle administrative duties& document management.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for tenant inquires and issues.
• Manage team members and subcontractors to ensure projects are aligned with business goals.
  
  

Requirement for the Property Manager/PA role-

• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a car.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Experience in property management .
