Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of properties in Manchester
Handle tenant communications, inquiries, and issues promptly and effectively
Conduct regular property inspections and ensure properties are well-maintained
Manage tenancy agreements, renewals, and terminations
Coordinate repairs and maintenance with contractors
Ensure compliance with all relevant property management laws and regulations
Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations
Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports for management
Requirements
Proven experience in property management
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
ARLA certification is preferred but not essential
A proactive and customer-focused approach
