Responsibilities
Out of hours monitoring
Block management maintenance and handling
Sending terms of business for new block management
Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly.
Coordinate lease agreements, renewals, and terminations.
Conduct tenant orientations and move-in/move-out inspections.
Oversee and coordinate maintenance and repairs to ensure properties are well-maintained.
Conduct regular property inspections to identify issues and ensure compliance with regulations.
Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.
Organise and ensure compliance is up to date
Skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivation and a pro-active attitude
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of financial and accounting principles related to property management.
