You’ll juggle creativity and precision, making sure that the content dazzles while managing exciting branded projects and shoots in diverse settings. Plus, you'll spearhead studio upgrades and innovations, always pushing them to new heights.

Responsibilities: ✅

• Oversee the creation of in-house podcasts and branded content, ensuring everything is on point and on budget.
• Lead a talented crew of producers, editors, and graphic designers, keeping the energy high and the workflow smooth.
• Set and maintain top-notch quality standards, implementing smart quality control measures.
• Coordinate with external brands, managing shoots and seamlessly blending branded content with our unique style.
• Drive studio upgrades and stay ahead of industry trends to keep our productions cutting-edge.
• Develop strategies for continuous improvement in production processes, content quality, and viewer engagement.
• Foster a fun, collaborative environment, working closely with creators, hosts, and partners.
• Manage production expenses, ensuring resources are used efficiently.
• Regularly assess content performance and use insights to guide future productions.

Requirements: 📝

• Proven experience in production management, ideally in a studio or media setting.
• Solid experience of digital video production experience, including video podcasts and YouTube content.
• Stellar leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Deep knowledge of the latest production technologies and digital media trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building strong relationships.
• A creative mind with a passion for storytelling and innovative content creation.

Mainly onsite due to the nature of the business, 1 day WFH, London based, 60K
