Are you a strong HR Generalist?
We are seeking a skilled HR Business Partner, working closely with the Regional Directors and General Managers supporting 25 of our Mecca Venues, supporting the team to develop and deliver an effective retail HR strategy and supporting it's implementation in the field.
Working in partnership with operational colleagues, you will be responsible for supporting talent management, recruitment, learning and development, engagement, performance, management, complex employee relations matters, industrial relations and our culture change programme.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an organisation with ambitious plans for transformation and growth!
This role is a field based role and will require national travel.

Qualifications
- CIPD desirable
- Extensive knowledge and experience of HR, with solid employment law knowledge
- Experience of working in HR in a retail, leisure or hospitality, fast paced environment
- Background in multi-site/regional/field-based role
- Experience of developing and delivering transformational people strategies
- Experience of working in a matrix organisation
- Experience across a wide range of HR disciplines i.e. business partnering, reward, recruitment, learning and development, employee relations.
- Experience of working in a unionised environment desirable
