Role Description

Research, pitch, and compile timely and factually accurate news pieces for the European News Desk of Cryptonews.com. News articles have to be engaging and SEO-optimized—this includes both keyword research and on-page SEO best practices—to keep up with EEAT requirements.

Additionally, the right candidate will work closely with the Features department to create original, long-form research pieces. This includes pitching, researching, gathering original comments and perspectives from industry leaders, and creating exhaustive featured pieces for Cryptonews.com

Core Tasks

• Create 2-3 news pieces daily
• Work on at least two featured texts per week
• Ensure all submitted texts comply with Cryptonews.com standards in terms of quality and SEO
  
  

Essential Requirements

• At least 3 years experience in a crypto-focused publication - either as a reporter or as an editor
• Good understanding of the crypto space - from coins and tokens, to DeFi, NFTs, and Regulation
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Good understanding of SEO principles and keyword optimization
