Position Summary
The Marketing Manager role will champion the Naturium brand, delivering marketing plans, understanding the needs of the brand, consumer, and retailers, across our channels. Working seemlessly with the global teams, this role will focus on all International markets.
This is a great position for someone with a bias towards bold action and the ability to execute with quality and speed.
The position is based in our London Office in Angel, with 3 days a week in the office.
Responsibilities
Deliver the vision & strategy for our International expansion, based on business priorities and innovation big bets. Go-to-market marketing programs support the needs of regional and international markets
MARKETING TEAM LEADERSHIP: Organize and collaborate with all cross-functional teams to build robust end-to-end programs, bringing brand strategy and storytelling to life from concept through execution
RETAILER MARKETING: Lead retailer marketing plans, merchandising and planogram planning and execution across all International markets
360 INTEGRATION: Champion a 360 integrated standard that builds seamless integration internally, delivers a frictionless experience to our consumer, drives consistent branding across all touch points, and ensures campaigns are implemented as directed
PRESENTATION BUILDING: Lead the development of internal & retailer presentations, including launch playbooks that consolidate product launch details, message hierarchy, marketing concept, visual assets, and go-to-market strategy
TIMELINE MANAGEMENT & OWNERSHIP: Lead the communication of timelines and key updates, with strong visual skills as well as ability to present materials at an executive level
Advocate and champion Naturium within e.l.f. Beauty
Requirements:
BA or BS required
A creative thinker who can build compelling, fresh ideas based in telling a rich brand narrative
Minimum 5 years marketing and strategic management experience - Beauty Industry experience is preferred
Knowledge of international markets and strong stakeholder management skills
Strong business acumen and financial ability
Leadership ability and a willingness to take responsibility and accountability
Value integrity, personal responsibility, entrepreneurial spirit
Strong influence and collaboration skills
Team-oriented, responsive, passion to succeed
Ability to think both strategically and tactically, leveraging consumer insights & data to inform innovation pipeline and growth opportunities

Comfortable in fast-paced environment, with cross functional partners in multiple geographies
Able to lead cross-channel marketing teams, responsive & collaborative relationships while having conviction driving to execution
