What You'll Do
You’ll be in a critical role responsible for growing the Tilt platform. Your responsibilities will be:
Own all digital marketing channels & initiatives
Build our marketing stack
Constantly identifies and enhances successful ideas applying a unique and effective spin to them
Generating innovative and original ideas for growth
Implement editorial content process and delivery
Native advertising and partnerships
App/web analytics tracking
You will work directly with the founders to take Tilt to the next level.
Requirements
Experience working in a seriously fast-paced start-up (prefer early stage)
Proven track record of building a brand from small to large
Understanding the levers required for hypergrowth
Know what it takes to be the best
Experience developing and executing a successful digital marketing strategy
Note: You must be in the UK for this role. We are not sponsoring visas at the moment.
