My client within the healthcare industry is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join their team to help coordinate and support the marketing campaigns and activities.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Marketing Manager in executing the annual marketing plans and strategies daily.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, and initiatives.
• Manage marketing communication activities across print, online, and social media platforms, including both internal and external communications.
• Oversee social media and website activities, including content creation, scheduling, and implementation.
• Monitor and analyze marketing campaigns to ensure they achieve positive results, high engagement levels, and key objectives.
• Collaborate with external agencies such as web design, media, printing, and supply vendors.
• Analyze Salesforce data, identify opportunities, and develop plans in collaboration with the sales team.
• Ensure all marketing activities adhere to budget constraints and planned objectives.
• Assist in organizing and managing events, exhibitions, workshops, and sponsorships.
• Provide marketing materials support to other departments as needed.
• Assist in evaluating the return on investment (ROI) of marketing activities.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research.
• Compile information and create copy for all marketing activities, coordinating the production of these materials.
• Work closely with the Marketing Manager on company initiatives and driving market growth and opportunities.
• Produce and manage administrative tasks and reports relevant to the marketing department.
