About the Marketing Team:
You will sit within the Marketing joining 4 other employees, who hold extensive knowledge and experience of the business and what we are all about! They will be able to support you to bring you up to speed with all the expertise you will need to know to hit the ground running!
Main Purpose of Role:
This is an exciting new opportunity for an up-and-coming Marketing Executive with graphic design skills to join a busy Marketing department. The role will assist Senior Product Manager and be responsible for areas of digital marketing including website maintenance, social media management, SEO and email campaigns.
You will be actively involved with all parts of our day-to-day tasks and will have the opportunity to bring your own creativity and ideas to marketing creations. You will contribute to the marketing strategy, looking at ways to improve on the current marketing of the business and help with implementation of new strategies.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing
Management of multiple social media channels: LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
Plan, create and deliver contents across social channels
Website management and content creation via CMS
Work with suppliers to keep our profiles and information hosted on suppliers’ websites are up to date
Monitor industry trends and standards on digital marketing
General Marketing
Manage the Marketing email inbox and redirect / respond as needed
Organise sample product and POS orders in a good time scale
Ensure all contents/marketing documents are kept up to date on the digital platforms
Compose and distribute e-newsletter/e-shot to subscribers/customer lists
Propose new ideas and concepts for social media contents
Responsible for housekeeping case studies, imagery and artwork etc.
Manage print tasks such as business cards and brochures
Manage marketing merchandise orders and inventory of marketing materials
Update ASMs monthly on logins/projects tracker extracted from the websites’ database
Assist with exhibition activities, e.g. liaison with the stand supplier to ensure production of a quality stand
Liaise with marketing suppliers, e.g. printers, sub-contractors and exhibition stand supplier etc
Assist Senior Product Manager with general marketing tasks when required
Graphic Design
Re-design or update our marketing materials including brochures, datasheets, posters, flyers and point of sale displays etc
Create or update email templates
Design exhibition stands
Key Requirements and Preferred Experience:
Broad digital marketing experience within a similar level role
Experience in creating and delivering contents for online platforms, mainly websites, social media channels and e-newsletters
Confident with website management via CMS software, ideally WordPress
Confident with using Microsoft Office Suite
Strong Adobe Creative Suite (or similar) knowledge, proficient in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
Multitasking skills and manage time expectations on requests
Creative and organised
Great eye for detail
Good reliability and integrity
Happy to work as part of a small team and solo
Flexibility and willingness to adapt to different tasks and projects
Educated to a degree level with marketing or graphic design qualifications
Experience in communicating and working with agencies and suppliers
Experience in Construction industry with rainwater and drainage products, e.g. guttering system, gully and channel drainage
Experience in paid digital advertising (Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Bing) ensuring company goals are met
Experience in Adobe Premier Pro
Experience with CRM
Skills, technical knowledge and experiences utilised including SEO, Google suite of tools
Experience in digital newsletter tools, e.g. Dotdigital
Current driving licence

Salary Range: £27,000 - £31,500 DOE
Working Hours: Mon - Thurs 08:30 - 17:00, Fri 08:30 - 14:30 (We all love an early Friday finish!)
