Marketing Assistant

The role:

Being a young and fast-growing team this role naturally comes with a lot of variety. We are looking for someone who can offer both marketing and office operational support.

Marketing support:

• Work closely with the Marketing Manager on strategies, campaigns, and ideas for digital marketing channels
• Assist in planning and producing brand and social content
• Provide copywriting support for emails, websites, and social media
• Coordinate email campaigns, including managing data lists
• Conduct research, planning, and data analysis
• Support with website management

Office operations:

• Collaborate with directors to provide comprehensive administrative support
• Assist with data analysis and input.
• Coordinate employee events and office morale initiatives.

• Experience in a Marketing/Digital Marketing role or relevant studies
• Experience in data management/admin roles or similar
• Experience with email marketing
• Experience using a CMS
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Creative thinker and problem-solver
• Proactive and flexible
• Great multitasking!
