Successfully operating in the UK for over 10+ years, they currently have a total of 8,000 beds under management across the UK. They're continuously being innovative and have ambitious growth plans to have 12,000 beds under management by 2026.

The Tasks:

• Develop and execute strategic leasing plans to achieve maximum occupancy rates for our BTR properties.
• Foster positive relationships with current and prospective residents, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns that attract and retain residents.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the leasing team to meet and exceed leasing goals.
• Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities to ensure our properties remain competitive.
• Provide regular reports on leasing activity, market conditions, and team performance to senior management.

What You'll Need:

• Minimum of 3-5 years in property management or leasing, with a strong preference for BTR experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Deep understanding of the local rental market and trends.
• Proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges.
