The Role

Legend is hiring for Junior Content Editors, reporting directly to our Content Editor. Use your content writing skills to supercharge your personal and professional growth by collaborating with some of the strongest experts in Content, SEO, and Product within the iGaming sphere.

Your Impact

• Content reviewing and editing: Assist in reviewing, proofreading and editing content for style consistency, ensuring all content aligns with brand voice, editorial guidelines, and SEO standards. Conduct thorough research to ensure the accuracy and relevancy of content received from freelancers.
• Content creation: Collaborate with content editors and the SEO team to support the development of engaging content in the form of briefs for freelancers and page production (which could include slot reviews, partner reviews, software provider pages and non-commercial content expansion).
• Content management: Help support the content freshness and quality of our brands by providing timely delivery of content to relevant commercial and legislative pages.
• Administrative support: Supporting content editors with production and administrative tasks, including:
• Creating tickets for BAU content updates and managing requests
• Building pages in the CMS where applicable.
• Coordination of Commercial BAU content updates.
  
  

What You'll Bring

• Fluent in English to a C2 level.
• Proven experience of excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills, with long form content. This could be from your academic, extra-curricular or professional experience.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.). This could be from your academic, extra-curricular or professional experience.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented, and obsessed with words. Every single word matters when it comes to the meta title, description, H1, and above-the-fold copy. We need someone we can trust to ensure that there are zero mistakes and, long-term, that every single pixel is optimised for the user and for SEO.
• Organised and able to work at pace. You must be able to organise your own work and be comfortable working on ‘whatever the team needs.’ This means great opportunities to learn, and some admin tasks, but you must be able to do many different things.
  
  

The Interview Process

• 1st: Initial Chat with Talent Partner (30 minute video interview via Zoom)
• 2nd: Interview with one of the hiring managers Content Editor or iGaming Manager, (1 hour video interview via Zoom)
• 3rd: Take home task.
• 4th: Final interview with the other hiring manager and one of our Content team (1 hour video interview via Zoom)
