Job Title: HR Advisor

Salary: Up to £37.5K per annum FTE

Location: Reading, with occasional travel to London

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 20% Face to Face

We’re keen to talk to experienced Advisors who are ready to take on this role and make it their own.

You’ll be a good match if you have:

• A solid understanding of ER and employment basics (and a charming zero-tolerance approach to non-compliance!)
• A digital first mindset, and the ability to harness and exploit technology to make life easier, and work more interesting and less mundane
• The courage and confidence to challenge the status quo, with a proactive continuous improvement mindset
• The skill and appetite to partner with, challenge and influence a senior management team
• Experience of line management, or the desire to start, and facilitate the learning and development of your team member
• The ambition to progress your development as the business grows

We have two locations; a warehouse and office in Reading adjacent to M4 J11, and an office in London close to Liverpool St station. Our way of working is very flexible, and in this role, we recognise that sometimes the best results will be achieved through immersion in the team, in the workplace, and sometimes getting the job done means time at home to concentrate, without distractions.
