Director of Creative Strategy
Owl are working with a global corporate events agency who deliver creative solutions to some of the largest and recognisable brands.
We are in the process of helping identify a highly experienced strategic leader. Someone who is well versed in the bigger picture of events, determining and identifying the additional opportunities for brands and the wider sell.
An expert in defining the creative and strategic objectives, whilst also leading some of of the agency’s largest accounts.

The Role:
- You are the ‘go-to’ expert for the internal Account Director’s, offering advice, strategy and creative direction that meets the vision of the agency.
- You must have the creative and strategic know-how for implementing and executing groundbreaking concepts for key clients that set you apart from competitors.
- Oversee and have a grasp of all projects across the agency.
- Put in place creative and strategic thinking capabilities within the Company for project coordinators,
- producers and executive producers to learn from – developing a ‘creative strategy centre of excellence’.
- Support the Sales and Marketing teams to develop client facing creative marketing campaigns.
- Establish and develop strong relationships with larger clients and having the confidence in offering the highest quality support.
About You:
- 5-8 years in the corporate events space, for live, virtual and hybrid for global organisations and destinations. You need to be the expert!
- You MUST have the creative mind-set and be the ideas expert, but equally effective in knowing how to make it happen and orchestrate teams to execute.
- A strong communicator who can break down direction to clients clearly and concisely, whilst relaying this vision to Account Directors, Project Managers, Delivery teams, HR, Finance, Board members, Sales and Marketing teams.
- Willing to travel nationally and internationally.
