Head of Design

Looking for a Head of Product Design in a market leading SaaS scale up, recently gone through multiple acquisitions and looking to raise the bar in their team.

They are looking for someone that will be comfortable in a fast moving environment whilst being able to navigate challenging stakeholders, proving value when needed and being the best advocate for design possible.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in UX/Product Design
• Be exceptionally strategic with brilliant stakeholder management skills
• Experience within SaaS or highly complex environments
• Experience leading top performing teams and raising the bar in quality

The role can be fully remote as the team is distributed but you must be able to work in the UK without sponsorship.
