Location: Central London, 3 days per week

Salary: Up to £150,000 plus benefits

Formula is partnering with an exciting global company seeking a dynamic and highly experienced Head of Digital Delivery to oversee new IP delivery across their digital products. As the Head of Digital Delivery for IP, you will be responsible for delivering all aspects of the IP programme across the global business.

Your Responsibilities:

• IP Oversight: Lead and manage decisions and outcomes for new and existing IP initiatives.
• Team Collaboration: Ensure digital outcomes by working with Commercial, Creative, Tech, and Product teams.
• Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with key stakeholders across the global business.
• Creative Alignment: Understand and align with desired outcomes for New IP initiatives.
• Success Criteria: Set and agree on success criteria and measurements with stakeholders.
• MVP Definition: Define MVP criteria for experiential solutions at new locations.
• Scalable Solutions: Develop scalable experiential solutions and determine budget needs.
• Standardization: Establish and ensure experiential solution standards at new locations.
• Reusable Components: Identify and integrate reusable components into the broader investment roadmap.
• Programme Coordination: Create a timeline for digital programme delivery with the New IP Programme Manager.
• Ecosystem Design: Design and mobilize the delivery ecosystem, including internal teams and third-party providers.
• Project Delivery: Oversee delivery of baseline components and experiential overlays.
• Budget Management: Ensure all activities stay within the delivery budget.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify and manage delivery risks within the programme's risk management framework.

Your Experience:

• Experience working in a similarly senior position, ideally in the C-suite of an enterprise-scale retail, hospitality, or leisure company.
• Proven experience working on a global scale, with an understanding of navigating different governance and compliance standards.
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies to deliver digital outcomes.
• Ability to make informed decisions using a blend of data, insight, and personal intuition.
• Proven ability to assess and mitigate risks between stakeholders.
