Are you looking for a new role? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our clients team as a Head of Creative Services / Creative Operations Consultant. In this role, you will transition the Digital Creative Team to a unified Microsoft 365 platform, standardizing communication and collaboration methods using Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneNote, and Project. You will be responsible for defining operational processes by developing documents, systems, and workshops that standardize briefing tickets, criteria for ticket assignment, best practices for breaking down large projects, metrics for quantifying output, and visual representation of project timelines.


Your expertise will be crucial in streamlining information hubs, recommending strategies for merging files into centralized SharePoints, and guiding the team on migrating content to a unified system. You will also establish a self-serve/managed traffic flow model that supports the autonomy and agility of the team, balancing the need for project management gatekeeping with the flexibility required by our creative generalists.


As the work volume increases, you will prepare for potential scaling of project management duties without compromising the start-up dexterity of the team. Your work will span multiple streams including e-commerce, photography and motion, brand and PR, Amazon.com, retailer.com, product communications, and HR.


To succeed in this role, you will need previous experience setting up successful project management and traffic flow systems in an in-house or agency environment, and expertise in project management methods within a Microsoft environment. Excellent communication skills, strong emotional intelligence, problem-solving and leadership skills are essential. You should be comfortable in a start-up environment where current methods of work may be ambiguous or complicated, and able to distill conversations into actionable deliverables.
