Job Description
Lead the development of product strategies and road maps
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product success
Improve collaboration with manufacturing and operations to increase product quality and speed of new product development
Oversee the market research to identify customer needs and market trends
Guide the team to achieve company goals and targets
Monitor product performance and suggest improvements
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Drive the success of the product portfolio
The Successful Applicant
A technical or business management degree ideally with post degree qualification
Proven experience leading and growing a Power / Generator business
Strong commercial and end to end P&L management
Excellent leadership and organisational skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience with product life cycle / product management
