The Ideal Head Chef In London Will Have
Experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in Surrey in a similar a branded restaurant group
Happy cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients
Happy to run the kitchen
Experience of managing junior chefs
Have a passion for food and want to learn and progress with a great company
The right Chef will have real strength in individual and team development by Spotting and developing talent with Inspirational leadership skills
