Group Chief Commercial Officer

This is a key role of high importance driving revenue growth of the groups’ portfolio of premium financial services and luxury lifestyle management products for UHNW clients and businesses across the group’s brands and businesses. In this role the CCO will lead a cross functional international team and be directly responsible for: sales & marketing, partnerships, the project management office, PR, digital / Socials, business growth, corporate sales, department budgeting, HNWI direct sales, regional sales, design, art direction, events, product (R&D) and brand development. The role sits within the senior leadership team, working alongside and reporting to the Chief Executive Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy that aligns with the company’s overall vision and goals.
  • Sales and Marketing: Oversee the sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility and market penetration.
  • Partnerships: Cultivate strategic partnerships and relationships with key stakeholders to bolster business opportunities and collaborative ventures.
  • Project Management Office (PMO): Lead the PMO to ensure that project delivery aligns with business goals and is executed efficiently.
  • Public Relations and Digital Presence: Direct the PR and digital/social media strategies to enhance the company's public profile and engage effectively with target audiences.
  • Business Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sustainable growth.
  • Corporate and HNWI Sales: Lead high-level sales initiatives targeted at corporate clients and high-net-worth individuals, adapting strategies to diverse markets.
  • Regional Sales Management: Manage and enhance sales strategies across different regions to ensure local market relevance and profitability.
  • Creative Direction: Oversee the Design and Art Direction teams to ensure creative outputs align with brand identity and market trends.
  • Events Management: Direct the planning and execution of corporate events that align with the company’s brand strategy and business goals.
  • Product Development and Innovation (R&D): Guide the R&D team in developing new products and improving existing ones to meet market demands and technological advancements.
  • Brand Development: Strategically evolve the brand to maintain its relevance in the market and to anticipate consumer trends.
  • Act as a key representative of Insignia, Group of Companies in all strategically chosen locations.
  • Represent and promote the group’s brand and businesses in the financial and luxury sectors.
  • Define and manage the global budgets.


Professional Requirements:

  • Proven track record of managing a diverse Sales team in a variety of regions.
  • Proven track record in dealing and working with U/HNW clients, and private banks.
  • Strong links with luxury and financial products desirable.
  • Proven experience in a C-level or equivalent leadership role with direct responsibility for similar areas.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute business strategies that have significantly impacted business growth.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a track record of managing diverse teams and delivering exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in managing budgets, forecasts, and financial planning.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of hiring and training key employees.
  • Self-driven, ambitious, results oriented with positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality and business profit.
