We meet universal wealth and asset management needs by supporting our own as well as client IFAs and DFMs with innovative, quality and integrated solutions that drive efficiency into every part of the wealth management cycle.

We are an active acquirer of DFMs and IFA’s in the UK, following an aggressive growth trajectory, having trebled in size from the initial acquisition of “GPP” under two years ago. Our strategy sees strong organic growth within the near term coupled with significantly larger acquisitions. We currently manage ten entities attracting taxation, mostly UK-orientated with exposure to Jersey and South Africa.

The role

This is an excellent opportunity to join an exciting and dynamic business and lead a key component of Titan’s future success. There is significant M&A activity and future pipeline, and we require a capable and experienced Change Director to help acquired firms integrate into our target operating models and realise the collective benefits of the transactions.

The role will require both a strategic maturing of the current change / integration framework, change governance & operating model, coupled with hands on delivery & oversight of complex change initiatives (involving business restructuring, technology migrations and system implementations).

Reporting to the Group Operations Director, this role will play a central role in ensuring The Group executes effectively as it scales, in line with its strategic objectives.

Job responsibilities

  • Regularly enhance the change framework and templates to ensure a consistent high standard of delivery
  • Overall responsible for delivery of the integration & transformation portfolio to deliver the identified synergies / benefits and align with target operating models
  • Ensure detailed plans are in place across the portfolio in line with framework requirements
  • Ensure appropriate change governance is embedded in line with framework requirements (e.g. project approval and steering forums) and attend as a key member.
  • Engage with key external stakeholders early (e.g. target firms, suppliers) and throughout projects to set change expectations, understand implementation requirements and co-ordinate activities.
  • Work collaboratively across Titan’s business lines and functions to ensure effective delivery of the change portfolio within scope, timescales and budget
  • Work closely with the Group Operations Director, Executive Sponsors and ensure other key internal stakeholders are kept up to date with progress/status of the integration change portfolio (including risks and issues).
  • Ensure any key risks and issues are escalated and proactively mitigate or resolve to ensure effective delivery of projects
  • Support/develop the change team to reach their potential and deliver optimally
  • Maintain a mechanism to track synergies / project benefits and develop artefacts to evidence project achievements
  • Take ownership of key projects, where appropriate, to increase capacity within the integration team
  • Collaborate with M&A teams to provide integration-related input during the pre-completion phase
  • Ensure the business is ready to receive change through effective user testing, procedures, comms and training
  • Ensure appropriate go / no go governance and detailed deployment plans are in place to ensure safe implementation of change
  • Use technology to increase efficiency / capacity of the delivery teams
  • Ensure project deliverables, benefits, lessons and any o/s items are effectively documented as part of project closedown and transferred to BAU
  • Represent Change at the monthly Group Operations Committee.
  • Support the Group Operations Director on all key operational matters as they arise
  • To carry out any other duties as may reasonably be required
  • Adhere to consumer duty


Education and requirements

  • 10+ years’ experience at a senior level, leading a change / transformation activity within the financial services sector, with a focus on integrating businesses following M&A activity.
  • PRINCE 2 Practitioner level qualified or equivalent change management qualifications
  • Wealth management qualifications desirable
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Ensure good client outcomes are always prioritised
  • In conjunction with appropriate functions ensure changes to the company’s processes and service comply with all requirements, laws, and regulations
  • Experience of data analysis and migration
  • Can demonstrate strong stakeholder management and communication skills
