Head of Marketing (FMCG/Food)

An exciting opportunity has come up for a l head of marketing to join an international food group, in its London location.

This role is a key position in the business and will see you oversee all marketing strategies instore, development and analysis across various regions.

You will be pivotal in establishing guidelines to keep the business growing, as well as developing and growing a marketing team.

This role will be reporting into senior leadership, looking at budgets and finance, as well any marketing issues. You will be managing teams across various regions, encouraging growth and a positive environment.

Managing budgets, and forecasting all marketing will play a big part of your role, ensuring things are translated to relevant regions. As a confident communicator you will be bringing together consumer insights and partners to understand instore, patterns, trends and opportunities.

To be successful in this role you will have extensive marketing experience at a global level, ideally within an FMCG / food background. You will have a track record of growing marketing teams, and proving positive financial results. Having a great commercial mind, will see you able to adapt to market changes and consumer patterns in the region.

In return you will be part of a progressive forward thinking business, who are well-renowned in their field. This role offers a salary of £90,000, plus bonus potential. The role offers hybrid working with 2 days from home.
