This role:

This isn't just any digital marketing role.

We're looking for a dynamic digital marketing expert who can own the digital landscape and care deeply about every part of our marketing funnel. As a marketplace, we need someone who excels in both demand and supply-side marketing, thrives on analysis, and continuously seeks improvement.

Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire customer lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include managing inbound leads, creating demand, and nurturing prospects through the pipeline until they are fully qualified, using tools like Hubspot and Customer.io
  • Digital Acquisition: Handle all direct-to-consumer digital acquisition across Google, Meta, and job boards with a budget of £30-50k per month in three global markets
  • B2B Demand Generation: Develop and manage innovative online B2B demand generation strategies
  • Reporting & Analysis: Provide comprehensive reporting and analysis for multiple stakeholders
  • Metrics Mastery: Track and report key metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, and conversion rates
  • Budget Management: Produce and manage marketing budgets
  • Team Leadership: Hire, manage, and develop a team as needed
  • Website & Tech Stack Ownership: Oversee website performance and the marketing tech stack, including WordPress, Hubspot, GA4, Looker, Instapage, Ahrefs, etc
  • Strategic Input: Contribute to broader marketing strategies including content planning, channel selection, customer engagement, influencer partnerships, and brand marketing campaigns
  • Marketing all-star: Switch seamlessly between D2C and B2B marketing, supporting sales pipelines, and candidate communications

  • Agency Experience: Experience in an agency setting is highly valuable
  • Adaptable: Embrace the dynamic environment of a scale-up where processes can be light and change happens regularly
  • Language: Native-level English proficiency; French is a plus but not required. Please supply your CV and application in English.


Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in driving growth and achieving business objectives
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and best practices, including PPC, SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, CRM, and content marketing
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in building and leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret and leverage data to drive decision-making
  • Experience in the healthcare, technology or marketplace is beneficial
  • Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and ability to drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams
