About The Role

We are seeking highly skilled founding full-stack engineers to join our team. As a founding member, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining both the front- and back-end components of our product.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Building Core Foundations: You will spearhead the development of the core, scalable foundations of our backend infrastructure from scratch, laying the groundwork for a groundbreaking product in a rapidly growing market
• Developing User Interface: Collaborate in planning, building, and refining our user interface to ensure it is intuitive, user-friendly, and aligned with customer needs and expectations
• Product Roadmap Planning: Work closely with our founding team to gather insights from customer meetings and shape the product roadmap accordingly to achieve rapid product-market fit
• Team Building: Play an integral role in assembling and scaling our engineering team, setting the culture, and driving growth

Skills & Experience

Must Haves:

• Expertise in Python
• Experience with databases (Postgres)
• Familiarity with full-stack development and frameworks
  
  
  

Preferred:

• Experience with Web Development (Typescript/React)
• Previous experience building and scaling commercial software
  
  
  

Nice To Haves:

• Experience with WYSIWYG HTML document editor APIs
• Familiarity with AWS DevOps tooling
• Knowledge of IT security

Benefits

• Base salary ranging from $90,000 to $170,000, depending on qualifications and experience
• Equity ranging from 0.1% to 1.25%, allowing you to share in the success of our company
