Looking for a visionary Freelance Creative Director to lead the creative team on an adhoc, project-by-project basis.
Responsibilities:
Lead the creative direction on projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines.
Develop and present compelling creative concepts and strategies to clients.
Oversee the entire creative process, from concept development to final execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, copywriters, marketers, and clients to bring ideas to life.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously innovate and inspire the team.
Mentor and guide creative team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Manage project timelines and budgets effectively, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Creative Director or similar role, preferably in an agency setting.
Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects and successful campaigns.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into creative solutions.
Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and other relevant tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
