Amazon Games recently announced a publishing agreement with Maverick Games to launch the exciting first game from this new studio filled with world-class industry talent, an ambitious Narrative-Led, Open-World Driving Game.
We are looking for an Executive Producer to join our Product Development group and lead the development of this new franchise, in games and beyond.
As the Executive Producer, you are a seasoned leader with cross platform and live ops game experience. You’ve launched games before, and you understand the success of games is dependent on the passion of people that make them and the passionate game communities we serve. You can do it all yourself so that you can coach the team you’ll be building. You lead by example, and make everyone around you better.

We Expect This Leader To
- Own the P&L of a game franchise.
- Own Product Development: Work with the game development team and key stakeholders at Amazon Games to establish and maintain a strong product vision and product development roadmap.
- Lead a cross-functional team responsible for end-to-end product development, live operations and publishing, including feature and content roadmap, monetization, localization, server infrastructure, live operations, go-to-market, communications, marketing campaign, social media, player relations and community programs.
- Ensure clear communication and coordination across relevant teams and coordinate effectively with the central marketing and technology teams, as well as Twitch, Amazon Prime, Amazon Advertising, Amazon Retail, finance and legal to meet goals and establish best practices.
- Think big, perpetually focused on long-term strategy, yet is also tactical and makes sure we have operational and execution excellence.
- Have experience working with international, cross continent teams.

Basic Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- BA degree required or equivalent
- Experience of team leadership experience developing AAA games on PC and consoles.
- Experience with Cross Platform, and Live services on AAA games.
- Passion for games and pop culture.
- Broad knowledge of game project management and product processes.
- Strong cross-team collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to communicate vision and drive execution and work across a cross-functional team.
- Passion for games, gamers and creators communities.
- Successful history of working collaboratively in a creative environment with game design teams.
- Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
