We are recruiting for a Creative Producer to create winning propositions through the development and presentation of new proposals and pitches for a range of clients and prospects.


You will provide creativity, inspiration and innovation to a range of projects and clients to ensure clients are getting the best creative ideas that enhance their events and deliver against their objectives; work with a multi skilled and talented team to bring out their best ideas and ensure they have fully thought-out strategies for all clients and projects and add creativity to existing clients and projects so we continuously raise the bar, delight the customer and generate revenue.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage a Proposal manager and strive to grow and develop the team for the future.
  • Lead the creative execution of pitch proposals, working alongside our Content Producer.
  • Support and challenge the team with their creativity, efficiency, productivity and profitability.
  • Retain awareness of market trends and new innovations through proactively attending relevant educational seminars and trade shows etc.
  • Research and negotiation with all suppliers, relationship building and establishing them as a preferred partner where appropriate.
  • Ongoing appraisal of preferred supplier partnerships, working with Head of Events / Operations Manager / Project Directors to resolve any issues with unsatisfactory performance.
  • Critical thinking and debate at initial brainstorm to ascertain commercial viability of proposal and agree next best steps with Head of Events and Project Director.
  • Project development and programme design to ensure our ideas meet the brief, objectives and budget of the client.
  • Work with Proposal Manager to create costings, clearly identifying the gross margins at the time of submitting the proposal / pitch.
  • Meet client and proposal deadlines.
  • Work to ensure any elements of projects you are leading / supporting in, are fed into overall budget to ensure we are tracking against budget
  • Review of the final programme / ideas against brief.
  • Proofreading of own and other team members' work.
  • Communication with 3rd party suppliers and clients in a professional and always appropriate manner.
  • Present and sell in the solution(s) to the client as and when required.
  • Formally present, as and when required, at client or other meetings.
  • Liaise with worldwide offices to forge relationships and deals with suppliers to gain profit / service benefits
  • Attend supplier presentations to enhance product knowledge.


Skills Required:

  • Extensive experience with creative ideation and delivering creative mechanics pre-production and on-site (within the Events sector)
  • Customer service experience with at least 5 years leading and managing senior stakeholder clients.
  • Project experience, including responsibility for meeting deadlines, reporting on progress, leading or assisting project teams and on-site delivery.
  • Subject matter expert with experience in - innovation, creative ideation, graphic design, digital, technology and production, destinations and event management.Extensive experience in building design led proposals in Powepoint, Canva or similar, to create proposal responses.
  • Commercial awareness with previous financial responsibility, with evidence of managing costs and / or monitoring/creating budgets
