Creative Producer, Brand Marketing

We are looking for an experienced Creative Producer to manage the production phase of creatives for our mobile games. As a Creative Producer, you will be responsible for working with agencies to produce and deliver a high volume of live-action films. You will manage the whole process end to end. You will also work closely with the performance marketing, brand marketing, and product teams to ensure the highest quality of work is produced.

Responsibilities


  • Managing the end-to-end content creation and production processes across multiple agencies and production companies
  • Owning the relationship and managing communications with production companies and agencies who provide creative services for the brand & performance marketing teams
  • Communicating campaign production timelines, project deliverables, and resource needs to meet deadlines with partners
  • Collating feedback and ensuring there is alignment across multiple teams before providing creative feedback directly to agencies
  • Managing and keeping track of the delivery of a high volume of edits, ensuring they are to spec and fulfil the requirements for the performance marketing team
  • Handling day-to-day queries and troubleshooting any production issues
  • Identifying and solving potential challenges in the creative and managing creative budgets, schedules including forecasting, tracking, and reporting
  • Managing confidentiality and usage or rights agreements with external agencies


Requirements


  • Having production experience (producer, assistant director, etc.) and/or creative production (digital content creator, director, copywriter, screenwriter, filmmaker, etc.)
  • Experience partnering with creative teams or agencies
  • Ability to find and manage outsourced production companies and creative freelancers
  • Familiarity with industry-standard production tools and software, including Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, or willingness to learn necessary software
  • Passion for gaming and understanding of the mobile gaming industry
  • Appreciation and understanding of teamwork
  • Proficient in English to communicate clearly with foreign partners such as production houses, agencies, directors, and producers
  • Experience working with performance advertising, particularly within the gaming and mobile app industries, is a bonus
  • High creative standards and attention to details
