Creative Producer

Lucy is currently working on an exciting, permanent Creative Production and Operations Manager position for a rapidly growing beauty brand. This role is London-based, offering hybrid working.

In this position, you will merge creativity with operational efficiency to elevate the brand. You'll oversee the production of multimedia products and brand campaigns, ensuring seamless execution from concept to completion. This brand-new role is critical for facilitating improved efficiency across the company's Creative, Marketing, and Commercial workstreams.

Key Responsibilities…

Creative Producer Duties:

• Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute photoshoots, managing timelines, budgets, and schedules.
• Stakeholder Management: Dealing with internal & external stakeholders inlcuding stylists and photographers.
• Photoshoots: Identify locations, select models, and manage travel arrangements. And organising logistics, equipment rentals, and on-set operations.
• Budgets: Develop and manage budgets, tracking expenses and finding cost-saving opportunities.

Operations Duties:

• Processes: Develop and implement standardised workflows and processes.
• Resourcing: Allocate resources and manage freelancers and external vendors.
• Project Management: Oversee project intake, prioritisation and scheduling, monitoring progress and addressing issues.
• Internal coordination: Liaise between creative teams and other departments, facilitating regular meetings and updates.
